Bartolo Farmhouses

Nuffara

Is a house of exquisite design, integrating modern within a very old farmhouse in Xaghra. Leading into the house is a beautiful courtyard full with greenery, inside we see 3 individual bedrooms with en-suite WC/Showers, a comfortable living-room leading into a large kitchen facilitated to allow you to cook your own meals at home if you wish. To the back is a large pool, sunning area, table, BBQ, and further along is the garden. Xaghra is a beautiful old village with the Ġgantija Temple, a windmill, a center with several restaurants & cafes. Leading down west is Marselforn, a one time fishing village which in its present modernist way, is full of restaurants, with a nice promenade to walk along. Down east is Ramla, the largest orange sand beach on Gozo, a place to spend the day sunning and swimming.

If inspired, the kitchen is spacious and set-up for you to cook, and relax with good food and drink. While doing your thing you can look one window into the courtyard and through the opposite large window onto the pool area.

The living room is fitted with TV, sofas to relax on and rest from the busy day. The large window looks onto the pool area and garden, reminding that a refreshing swim is just a few steps away.

The Large Bedroom

A beautiful bed room, large for parents and a small child. The bedroom has window view into the courtyard and its' own en-suite WC & shower.

Second Bedroom

This bedroom is the coziest of the three. It has a quaint old trough that shines light on the old rubble stone walls. Like the other bedrooms it also its' own en-suite WC/Shower.

If you are more, then needed is a

Third Bed Room

This bedroom has a window that looks onto the pool and garden, a perfect fit for a couple with more then enough place for all your brings. It has a private WC/Shower room to get yourself ready for the day or night.

The Pool

The pool area is set with a large stone table, a BBQ, sun chairs, and a large "L" shaped pool with a Jacuzzi at the far end from the house. A paradise to spoil yourself in comfort and luxury!

A morning coffee, a waking sun in

The Garden

Behind the pool is the garden with its' orange, lemon tress, sharing space with Palms and olive tress. The garden is lush, perfect for early smile to the day.
